Minimum first order on trade price list:
After your first order, you may make subsequent trade orders at lower invoice prices
The discount rate is currently 25% of retail price as shown on the website
Customers are encouraged to purchase from my stocklist of bobbins.and beads. However I will make stock to your requests for specific bobbin types, when time permits, chosen from my current website catalogue. Please remember this may take a while. Send me an email or call me to discuss specific requirements.
Orders are sent in small cartons to avoid as much import duty as possible. Most countries have allowances for small value packs which means this is the cheapest way to send goods. Mailing costs will be added to your order and are not discounted.
Payment is strictly by credit card or Paypal and your card account will be debited at the time the goods are despatched, or at the time of order if you use Paypal.
Local taxes, import duties
My consignments usually get to customers duty free. If local taxes and/or import duties are due and charged, you will need to add these on to the price when you sell the goods, and pay them accordingly. This is your responsibility to the taxation authorities in your country and/or state.
Pricing: I prefer that sales be made at the prices in my internet catalogue ruling at the time. However, you are of course free to sell the goods for higher prices. Experience shows that customer goodwill is lost by charging significantly than more my retail prices though.
I take pride in my reputation as a supplier and am constantly striving to make my products the best in terms of finish, utility, appearance and value for money. The goods are backed by my guarantee of refund or replacement of any item faulty in manufacture within 12 months of purchase. Please contact me immediately in the unlikely event of any problem.

All bobbins shall be credited as the work of Malcolm Fielding.
All items remain the legal property of Malcolm Fielding until payment at the appropriate rate has been made in full.
